Formerlynamed as Solar Rays Electrical Trading, founded by Win Myint Thein (Mr.) and Khin Mrat Hlaing(Ms.), as Myanmar Solar Rays Co., Ltd is a private company, company founders are 100% share holders. In 2005, June 13thwe registered Myanmar Solar Rays Company as Private Company,which is one of the greatest leading electrical trading companies in Myanmar.

The history of company began in 2002 , a workshop which strives to provide top quality products of U Channels and other metallic accessories which are used in Electricity Power Transmissions, Gantry workshop with high end solutions to meet IEC and BS standards of customers’ demand.

In 2004, Solar Rays Electrical Trading was set up to import high quality electrical appliances for household, offices and also for factories.

Myanmar is a newly developing country and electricity power supply is not only handled by ministry but also by self-suppliers of divisions, sub-divisions and small provinces, to provide this necessary, Solar Rays Electrical Trading (South Dagon Branch)was openedat No. 276, Bayint Naung Road, South Dagon Township, Yangon in 2007.

In 2008, Solar Rays Engineering Team was put up to offer electrical Engineering services.

In 2009/2010, Myanmar Solar Rays Co., Ltd. proudly gave birth to Right Star Electric Store and then to Right Star Co., Ltd. for distributions of electrical appliances.

In 2012, we manufacture Distribution Panels and Switch Gear Panels.

In 2014, we put up Solar Rays Singapore Ltd. in Singapore.

In 2015, Myanmar Solar Rays Co., Ltd. became the main shareholder ofHero Quality Concrete Co., Ltd. which manufacture concrete poles used in electricity transmissions and distribution.

In 2016, Myanmar Solar Rays Co., Ltd. is one of the shareholdersof Myanmar Electrical Business Group Public Co., Ltd. which is manufacturing Electrical Products for Power Distribution.

In 2019, Myanmar Solar Rays Co., Ltd. also became the main shareholder of A+ Concrete Pole Factory, which is starting to supply National Electrification Projects in Bago region.
